The purpose of the Communications Committee shall be to facilitate communication among residents of Regency at Providence (RAP) relating to common community facilities and activities.

The committee is responsible for:

RAP Directory – Maintenance and Distribution of Community Directory
RAP Calendar – monthly coordination and publishing of activities by facility

Good Neighbor Subcommittee
Welcome new residents to the community
Distribute information that is not shared electronically
Acknowledge significant life events of community members
Visit community members who have been hospitalized
Published in the RAP Sheet with the consent of community members birthdays,
anniversaries, births of grandchildren, retirements, deaths, and other life events.
